Download Optics Reborn V2

Windows

1. Open your Downloads folder, right-click optics_reborn_v2_Windows.zip → select Properties → check "Unblock" (see image) → click OK
2. Right-click the ZIP again → select "Extract All..."
3. Open a new File Explorer window and navigate to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins
4. Copy the entire optics_reborn_v2.ofx.bundle folder into this directory. You'll be asked for administrator permission.
5. Restart DaVinci Resolve. The effect will be in the OpenFX panel under "Academy VFX"

macOS

1. Open your Downloads folder. Safari will auto-extract the zip; for other browsers, double-click optics_reborn_v2_macOS.zip to extract it
2. Open a new Finder window, press Cmd+Shift+G and enter: /Library/OFX/Plugins
3. Drag the entire optics_reborn_v2.ofx.bundle folder into this directory. You'll be asked for your password.
4. Restart DaVinci Resolve. The effect will be in the OpenFX panel under "Academy VFX"

Linux

1. Open a terminal, navigate to your Downloads folder, and extract: cd ~/Downloads
unzip optics_reborn_v2_linux.zip
2. Copy the bundle to the OFX plugins directory. You'll be asked for your password. sudo cp -r optics_reborn_v2.ofx.bundle /usr/OFX/Plugins/
3. Restart DaVinci Resolve. The effect will be in the OpenFX panel under "Academy VFX"
