Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all software plugins ("Plugins") sold by AcademyVFX.com / VFX Partners, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a Plugin, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Products and Trials

Our Plugins are digital products delivered electronically. We offer a free trial period that allows you to evaluate the Plugin before purchasing.

We strongly encourage you to install and try the Plugin before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs and works correctly with your system and workflow.

Because the Plugins can be fully evaluated prior to purchase, all sales are final.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued solely at our discretion in the rare event that a Plugin is demonstrably non-functional on a supported system and we are unable to provide a reasonable resolution.

Any such determination is made on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to issue refunds in other circumstances.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in license termination.

We reserve the right to provide this Refund Policy, along with relevant licensing records, to payment processors to contest chargebacks.
